It’s been just over a year since our first engineer (Duncan, aka Duncs) joined Revel. Now, we have an incredible team of 18.

Every startup says their team is ‘cracked’, which sounds cool but doesn’t say much at this point. At Revel, our team is exceptionally talented but more importantly, our team has personally felt the pain of old, slow tools for testing critical hardware. We’ve experienced the long nights and early mornings trying to hit critical milestones that our teams and companies were counting on and know how much better it can be with great tools. We’re not building a company just to build a company. We’re building the tools we wish we had ourselves - and making them available to every engineer out there pushing the limits of what’s possible.

Revel is at an inflection point. We have dozens of deployments and we’re seeing strong pull in the market. Generational shifts are happening in the workforce and we’re seeing leading teams seek out new, faster and more reliable ways of developing complex hardware systems. “Hardware is hard” has been the default excuse for decades. The teams shaping the future are wholesale rejecting that notion - and we’re giving them the tools to do so.

At the same time, the industry itself is changing. New space companies are launching products on timelines that would have been impossible a decade ago. Nuclear energy is experiencing a renaissance. Electric aviation is moving from concept to reality. Modernization has become a key priority for traditional companies in aerospace, energy, and automotive. These companies can't afford six-month test cycles or they face disruption. Teams need to iterate in days, hours and minutes, not quarters.

This industry change is what Revel was built for. Revel’s platform provides tools for engineers at the intersection of hardware and software. Tools that have the functionality of consumer products and that engineers actually love to use. We’re perfectly positioned to help companies, teams, and engineers modernize, meet and exceed milestones, and go from concept to production 5X faster. Our current customers have become our strongest advocates, and we are still just getting started.
